I strive to make sure that every step of the process of buying or selling is clear and easy to understand. In my experience, a lot of the stress of the process is relieved when you understand what you need to do and when you need to do it. You’re busy. You have work and a life and I’m happy to help partner with you to design an experience that fits your schedule. I will always update you with a clear time frame of what needs to be done and when. To facilitate that process with my clients, I’ve created resources including videos, flow charts, and a bank of standardized forms - all easily accessible from this site that you can access on your own time. I will personalize a plan for you and your family and we will make recordings of procedures and instructions so you can always return to them if you forget, need a refresher, or need to share with your partners.
Process
What’s the first step in buying a home? Or listing? When should I talk to a lender? How do I find out how much my home is worth? How long will it take to get through the process? When can I move? Understanding the phases of the process can give you an idea of when to start looking or when you should list.

Part of what makes real estate transactions so intimidating is the paperwork and piles of legal forms involved in the process. The red tape is there to protect you, but it can be confusing and the urge to speed through important information can be overwhelming. You’ll find resources that explain common forms, what they do and don’t say and what you do and don’t agree to by signing them.
